Every system I operate in, I learned from the inside

I enlisted in 1999 and retired in 2015. I put myself through two degrees while raising two sons alone across duty stations. I have stood in proceedings without a lawyer and held my own.

I carry a Texas armed security commission, a notary seal, and a cybersecurity degree, and I have used all three in the same week. I have run access control over a twenty-person team, moved prisoners across state lines, served warrants, and led a toll operation at a national music festival. None of that is background. It is the method.

What I build now comes out of that record. Six entities, each one formed because the thing needed to exist and did not. A community platform with structure where a feed would be. A consumer-protection archive for people who were counted on not to know their rights. A foundation for the ones who got written off. I file my own paperwork, I write my own filings, and I ship my own products.

Second chances are not given out. They are engineered — by someone who knows exactly where the system bends.

My first mentor was a Marine named John F. Hauck. He taught me that if it isn't in black and white, it doesn't exist and it isn't true. Everything on this page is in black and white.

I wear the serenity prayer. It has never been decoration.

SLOT

Four disciplines that most people spend a career choosing between. I hold credentials in all four, and every venture I have built sits on at least two of them.

S

Security

Texas Level III armed officer. Commissioned and non-commissioned DPS registrations. Access control, crowd and traffic operations at national-circuit scale, prisoner extradition, warrant service.

L

Legal Advocacy

Two criminal justice degrees, corrections option. Commissioned Texas notary. Pro se litigant in active proceedings without counsel — filings, arbitration, and the documentation that decides them.

O

Operations

Supervisor over a team of twenty-plus. Entity formation, SAM.gov registration, four federal socioeconomic certifications, an 8(a) application. The paperwork most founders pay someone else to fear.

T

Technology

B.A.A.S. Information Technology, cybersecurity concentration, magna cum laude. Firebase builds, live sites with payment processing, an app store listing. I ship the product, not the deck.

Ventures

Built and Live

  • Ally Grounded

A two-layer community platform. Private processing on the first layer, small accountability rooms on the second — persistent identity, immediate removal power, no open feeds, no anonymous posting. Crisis resources stay free on every tier by design.

For people who need structure and accountability, not an audience.

  • GroundLevelIntel

Anonymous consumer-protection intelligence. A state-by-state rights hub, authenticated anonymous submissions, company dossiers built from the record, and court and news monitoring.

For anyone who was counted on not knowing what they were owed.

  • GetRecordReady

Documentation kits for people who need their paperwork in order before it matters. Fifteen pages, direct payment processing, live.

For anyone walking into a process where the file decides the outcome.

  • On The Road Connections

A community for nomadic and RV travelers. Your tribe, wherever the road leads.

For full-time travelers who need people, not just campsites.

In Development

  • Afro Tejas Community NetworkComing Soon

A statewide Texas resource network covering schools, history, food, and a verified business directory with reviews. Verification comes before launch, because a directory that lists a business without checking puts that business and its staff at risk.

For Black Texans looking for their own, and for the businesses that serve them.

  • Veteran Business DirectoryComing Soon

A national directory of veteran-owned businesses open to every veteran. The federal SDVOSB and VOSB registries exist to serve government contracting officers. This one serves the customer standing on the sidewalk.

For veterans selling to the public, and the public that wants to buy from them.

  • $old N GoneComing Soon

A resale and declutter application. Scan it. Price it. $old N Gone.

For anyone downsizing, moving, or clearing out an estate who needs the pricing decided for them.

  • Resistance Compression BodysuitComing Soon

Performance apparel engineered to work during an ordinary day instead of a workout.

For women who cannot sustain a gym routine and stopped pretending otherwise.

Advocacy

I have represented myself in active proceedings without counsel, including consumer arbitration. That is not a hobby and it is not a grievance. It is a working knowledge of how a matter is actually built: what the record has to show, what a filing has to say, what a deadline actually does to a claim, and how far a person can get on their own when the alternative is not getting there at all.

Most people lose before they start, because nobody told them the file was the argument. That is the gap the ventures were built to close, and it is the reason The Omnificent Foundation exists.

I do not practice law and I do not give legal advice. I build the documentation, the structure, and the access that let people walk in prepared.
